Automatic Production Line Process
The ecological decorative gypsum board production line is an automatic production line. The production line is composed of the material supply and slurry preparation section, the forming section, the automatic demoulding section, and the post-processing section. The line successfully replaced the handmade pattern of decorative gypsum board. The automation level of the production line has been improved, the labor intensity of workers has been greatly reduced, and the quality and production efficiency of products have been improved.
Material Supply and Slurry Preparation Section
In order to meet the characteristics of the ecological decorative decorative gypsum board, its raw materials are made by mixing various raw materials in a scientific ratio and added various liquid additives to produce the slurry. This section is composed of building gypsum conveying system, dry additive conveying system, powder storage system, powder metering feeding system, powder mixing system, liquid material preparation system, liquid material metering and conveying system, reinforcing fiber metering and feeding system, special slurry preparation system.
Forming section
The section is composed of the frame, the transmission system, the mould device, the mould, the slurry leveling device, the vibration section and the trolley platform cleaning device, etc.
Automatic Demoulding Section
It consists of the demoulding device, the chain pushing device, the mould turning device and the conveying device.
Post Processing Section
The post-processing section mainly consists of: natural drying of the board, grinding of the board corners, repair of surface defects, surface coating, packaging and storage.
Automatic Control System
The whole production line uses the PLC control system. Focus on quantitative control of the dosing and slurry preparation system. The detection of the concentration and size of the slurry by the detector is timely fed back to the powder metering conveyor and the liquid material metering device to realize the quantitative supply of the slurry.
